Capital Well Service believes it has a moral obligation to each and every employee and their family to strive for the safest work place possible.  At Capital, we believe that every accident and injury is preventable and each employee retains the responsibility to each other for preventing those accidents and injuries.  Both Capital’s Investors and Management know that our employees are our most important asset and we will continuously train and educate them for their personal protection.  Working safely is not only a condition of employment but our most important business objective at Capital, and all employees have the right and obligation to say no to unsafe operations.

Community Involvement:

Capital Well Service has been a strong supporter of its community since its first day of operation. It has won the Appreciation Award in 2001 and 2004 for its recognition of deep commitment and outstanding service of providing jobs for the City of Charlotte and Atascosa County. It annually supports the children of 4H in many counties surrounding and including Atascosa County, sponsors a little league baseball team, and donates time and money to many other causes.  Capital plans to continue and expand its generous involvement and support of its community.
